Onze vloerbroden en het Puurzaam1891 Breekbrood bakken wij op de stenen vloer van onze vloeroven. Deze broden zijn bovendien veelal met de hand gevormd. Doordat we het handmatig insnijden, hebben onze grote vloerbroden een extra krokante korst en een rustiek uiterlijk.
